Education play the role of leadership in the society.
The the foundation of educational institutions are to develop the people physically, mentally, psychologically, socially and spiritually. Environment plays a vital role to impact on human life either positive or negative. Before two decades the education in sindh was not worthy prominent as today is, the literacy rate may be remain same but the zeal and zest, interest, competition, and awareness have much been seen in Sindh. Education has grown through the promotion of innovative educational approaches and increasing attention given human aspects of the system. Today our government education system does not offer equality and concern, lower budget, prevail favoritism in educational institutions, private sectors have been increased and government sectors have not been given even basic conveniences. higher copy culture system, the talent of students is gradually being devastated by system, negligible response over them, no opportunities where they can show their talents, lack of apparatus for practical work, and less experiencive teachers due to prevailing of favouritism, hardwork of students on education went in vain. According to report of Pakistan social living measurement (PSLM) The literacy rate in 2014 was about 58% rising by 2% it became 60% in 2015, and despite the bugdet increasing in 2016-17, from R.S 163.1 billion to R.S 202.2 billion, the literacy rate was droped by 2% from 60% to 58%.

For the bringing improvement in educational system,
the priority should be given to the execution of copy culture system, there should be a team which specially monitor the systems of education. The funds of education went to corrupt officer and no facilities has been seen,
there should be focus on them to execute of corruption,
if corruption ends the facilities will come to educational
institutions and reforms will be on its peak.

Dr Aziz Talpur Profile

People always work harder to achieve their goals to inspire youth. Dr Aziz Talpur is one of them people he is doctor, a social activist, a writer and also politician. Dr Aziz Talpur S/o Haji Gulam Ali from village Bhaikhan district Tando Muhammad Khan. He was born in 1st of January 1953, he got his primary education from boys Government school bhaikhan.
