Meet Zeeshan Saeed – Blogger, Poet, Traveler and Social Worker

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, or Wordpress…  We often visit everyday one of these or any of other numerous social networking websites, those are increasing, evolving, and dominating every day. Social media has evolved from being virtual world geek buzz to a huge platform for young writers, poets, artists, bloggers and social workers those seek greater attention and recognition. We live in an era where people tend to use such social networking sites as an expressing element for their deepest thoughts and emotions in the form of their content. Either it’s a motivational video on YouTube, Illustration or painting with poems and writes ups on Instagram /Tumblr or even raising voice against or in favor of something on Facebook.

Recently, on Instagram we’ve discovered a great number of Bloggers, Poets, Artists and Photographers like Noor Unnahar – Vlogger/ Bestselling Author of Yesterday I was moon, Connor Franta – Author/Entrepreneur/Photographer, Rupi Kaur – Poet Pir Arkam – Travel Vlogger/Photographer/Entrepreneur and many more.. Zeeshan Saeed is also one of them content writer, poet in English/Urdu/Sindhi languages, traveler, and Co-founder of The Walkway School TWS. Belongs from a village Deenar Khan Talpur near Badin Sindh, Born on June 5th completed his primary education from his village and afterward shifted to Hyderabad Sindh where he recently graduated in BBA from University of Sindh Jamshoro.

Zeeshan mostly writes critically about Social issues, politics and entertainment with strong arguments on his Facebook where he has 1.5k followers. On the other hand, he has a personal blog on Instagram and WordPress named NUMB –https://thenumbwriter.wordpress.com/  where he beautifully express his deepest feelings and different emotions in the form of poetry and short write-ups.

“I'm just a maybe between all the certainties; I'm an uncertainty in possibilities, always lost in cities, found in ruins. I'm a butterfly turning into a caterpillar, I'm a dinosaur trying to find its way back, I'm in a time travelling machine trying to escape the existence of this world, I'm just a thought in my mind, I don't exist.”

While, he has worked with a Non-profit organization in Hyderabad the Humanitarian, this Organization focuses on various activities like Child Education, Women Rights and highlighting needs of people from poor and backward areas. Zeeshan Saeed participated and organized free iftaars in different areas of Hyderabad on previous Ramadan. Currently he’s a Co-founder of The Walkway School Hyderabad a Project of Hyderabad Youth Network. It was his dream which came true with the help of his team members. This School was founded upon the belief that all children deserve the best education regardless of their backgrounds and that all children have the ability to be outstandingly brilliant in classroom. It is self-funded street school for kids, which is highly appreciated!

Since early age, life had treated him hard, the loss of loved one and different tragedies thought him a lot he felt like there was a fire inside him, he always wanted to do something for the society. He believes that there are some loopholes that need to be filled. We’re stuck badly in a class system of our society, the lower, middle and upper class. Because of this class system, lots of people those actually deserve basic necessities of life are ignored because of poverty, unemployment, lack of education and lack of awareness.

Zeeshan says; We need to prepare our youth; we need to raise such daughters that grow up to be strong and empowered women. Also, we need to raise such sons, who grow up to be accepting, tolerant, open-minded, educated and empowered human beings.
