      Unfortunately Pakistan is amongst those countries where human rights are trampled upon publicly with out any fear almost all the fundamental rights have been prescribed with almost clarity in ‘’green constitutional book of the land’’   but their implemantation and dispensation have always remained very for milestone provision of basic rights paves the way for human resource development and prosperity. The violation of right is due to various factors,political,religious, social and economic. Those who are in authority are afraid of people only because they

        Know it quite well that once people get to know their rights, they will ask for their provision which will the role of sacred celestial creatures. Amongst infinity of concerns, human rights activists have highlignted four key constraints; enforced disappearance, blasphemy, military courts and capital punishment.

       Due to different standards,the provisions of UDHR are at several places contradictory to pakistan constitutional provisions with regard to fundamental rights. For instance chopping off hands theft has been labelled as bar basic,stonning to death for fornication is another contradication, thirdly, evidence of two women equates to one man whereas UDHR has an inverse set of dispensation yet we in agreement with UDHR which is an obvious hypocrisy.our constitution has remained influenced by religion in many areas which so sensitive that one is lynched in broad day lights if dases point out the error. Therefore ,serious and expert rethinking is needed in such matters.

       Infringement of rights , like freedom of expression and ‘’free press ‘’ only because hefly presssure of establishment. Provided these rights ,they think rather believe that it will cause frequently national security breaches and weaken the role of military.they fail to understand the might and power of social media which is hard to be handled and managed in accordance with their like conventional media.people look at social media from as a suitable conduct for flow of their analysis with any threat or censorship. Armed forces strove to put lid on it as they picked a large number of human rights. Actioists from their homes and from market and work places but it brought nothingelse than derogation and deformation to an institution.lastly establishment must learnt a lesson from history and confess their mistakes rather blunder with an end to redress then.

     Broadly speaking there are three pillars of development; physical development which includes infrastructure energy infrastructure development and human resource development. Amongst all three human capital development is at the zenith of its splendour, demying the provision of the fandamental rights and expecting good human capital is nothing but stupidity or working hard on an orange to make it taste like a mango.human resource development is dubbed with basic human rights.the nation which prefer infrastructural development to human capital remain no longer on the map of developed world.exactly the very bizarre curse always stuck to pakistan elected leaders who have built high briges and four to six lave roads bat have naver thought about the core issue which have been prone to care less ness and non serious ness for 70 years.the dross and fith churned out by our such prefereces is before us to hamnt with each pasing day.

    Hindrance in provision is caused by many factor; political,social,religious and economic  ‘’to vote ‘’is basic right but it is some time bought reaping the benefit of common existential curse of poverty among masses. How can people exercise their right to vote in accordance with their will in the state where 70 percentage of entire population is living below poverty line to 87 percentage even that percentage increases in thar. Recordly religious people go out of control when anyone dare to criticize the superfluity of blasphemy law. Recently ,mashal khan  was lynched at wali khan universty in 2017 and governor salman taseers body was riddled with factor 32 bullets. Thus the religious is responsible for prevention of provision of rights. Thirdly social factor which does not bear change unknowing the reality of the nature. To keep changing according to modern emerging trends lastly,we are left ignorant deliberatly so that we may not know our economic right as provision of sustance by govt to every citizen indiscriminately.

      Here begs a question that violation which right crave for urgent notice by authorities concerned.answering this question human rights activists in pakistan along with foreign ones have identigied four concerns as key coseranits which if sorted out timely could churn out better result.numerous people have suffered from above constraints even their lives have remained at serious stake the constraints are enlisted below with brief and necessary description

1            Enforced  disappearance

To gag the vioce that dare criticize that abuse of power can not lead to a better and viable pakistan.policy of appeasement and following that due course of law is the best possible option to be chosen.protection of life,liberty and security of life is the right of every citizen and core duty of the state but deaf has been extanded to it each time.providing security of life has been set upside down by predatory state institution as the pick people with out any warming beat then nicessantly out to gag their voice so that they may not mistaketo any word again contaning likelihood to displease the actual masters who ruled the country sometime by coming front of the curtain and some other time from blind the curtain.

2            Blasphemy

Religion only focuses on purification reliogion is cocerned morality of self.
